I’ve been honing this mindset since my first box of Girl Scout cookies and growing up in a home where complex operations ran on Lotus 1-2-3. Today, I bring a blend of commercial instinct, systems thinking, and executive-level communication to bridge the business and technical ecosystems.

Sales Strategy & Trust:

 

  • Managed a $6M enterprise portfolio through strategic stakeholder coordination, operational optimization, and full-cycle delivery across regulated environments (RR Donnelley).

  • Originated and grew a $600K territory through high-trust, full-cycle sales, operational rigor, and institution-level decision support (Herff Jones, NYU, Columbia).

Operational Systems & Scale:

 

  • Led Popped.NYC from $0 to $418K in sales with a 29% returning customer rate, creating the operational foundation that later became the Scaler Playbook.

  • Designed and implemented custom systems (including a “book-mapping” framework) that transformed rigid SaaS tools into usable, reliable workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
